How to Use This Tool
This tool converts OFX files into QBO format. It runs directly in your browser — your financial data is never uploaded anywhere.
OFX (Open Financial Exchange) is the vendor-neutral standard both QBO and QFX are built on; QBO is QuickBooks’ Web Connect format. Transactions, IDs, and account details are carried across so the output imports cleanly.
- Provide your OFX file — Paste the file content or drop your .ofx file onto the File tab.
- Check the account details — They’re filled in from the file automatically; correct anything that’s missing.
- Download the QBO file — Then import it into QuickBooks (Banking → Upload transactions).
